At Hoppers Crossing Psychology we pride ourselves on a practice that is based around empathetic, holistic and client-centred care, supporting clients from all backgrounds and faiths. We work with a range of clientele including individual, couples, children and adolescents.

Our psychologists assist those who may be struggling with a range of issues including, but not limited to, depression, anxiety, low self-esteem, trauma, abuse, addiction, relationship conflict, grief and loss and sleep difficulties.
Our experienced team of psychologists conduct their practices using a number of different methods that have been consistently proven to produce the greatest outcomes for their clients. Some of these methods include Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Mindfulness-based therapies, along with many others.
